Use a voltage tester at the rear terminal block to ensure both 120V legs are active. If you have a gas oven, verify the manual shutoff valve is fully open (handle in line with the piping) and confirm other gas appliances in your home are functioning; if your cooktop is also out, the problem is likely your main gas supply.

ELECTRIC — visually inspect the bake and broil elements
